My Current Tech Stack (as of 2025)

I’ve lived both ends of the business spectrum, leading a multi-7 figure operation with a full team and hundreds of clients per year, then stepping back to simplify and descale everything after taking a 12 month sabbatical.

Now? I’m building a business that’s sized to support me, not to impress anyone else. Just the right size, with systems that actually fit.

This is the curated stack that’s supported me in scaling, pausing, and starting again. Use what fits your season.

My Current Tech Stack (as of 2025)

Email Marketing

Kit (formerly ConvertKit): Simple, intuitive email marketing software with great automations and tagging features. I left for ActiveCampaign and came back because Kit is easier to use and doesn’t require a tech degree to figure out.

Website Platform

Squarespace: Beautiful, easy-to-use drag-and-drop website builder. I switched from WordPress during my 2025 rebrand because I wanted a clean site I could update myself, without needing to call a developer.

Call Scheduling

TidyCal: A simple, clean call scheduler that handles everything I need and it’s a one-time purchase, unlike Acuity which I used (and loved) for years.

Payment Processor + Checkout Page

ThriveCart: One-time-purchase software for creating checkout pages, handling payments, and managing digital product sales. It’s super intuitive, easy to customize, and saves me hundreds a year in fees.

Course + Content Delivery

MemberVault: A flexible platform for hosting courses, trainings, and client content. I’ve been using it since they launched and love that I own a lifetime license with no monthly fees.

Private Audio Feed Hosting

Hello Audio: Lets me turn course modules or coaching calls into private podcast feeds clients can listen to on the go. It’s great for creating easy, bingeable content.

Automation

Zapier: The behind-the-scenes glue that connects all my tools so things run automatically. Think: when someone buys → they’re added to email → access granted without me lifting a finger.

Payroll + Contractor Payments

Gusto: I’ve used Gusto for both full-time and part-time employees, and I still use it to run my own payroll. It handles taxes, direct deposit, and contractor payments, making the entire process seamless and stress-free.

Podcasting

Descript: All-in-one tool for recording, editing, and publishing my podcast. It transcribes everything so editing is literally as easy as editing a Google Doc.

Public Podcast Hosting

Buzzsprout: Simple podcast hosting with solid analytics and scheduling tools. I use this to publish public episodes of the Jereshia Said podcast.

Project Management

Asana: Where all my business tasks, deadlines, and projects live. Great for managing launches, content plans, and contractor workflows.

Community Management (Mastermind)

Slack: I use Slack to run private mastermind groups. It's simple, searchable, and helps keep conversations out of my inbox.

Client CRM + Data Tracking

Airtable: My brain in spreadsheet form. I use Airtable to track client progress, organize notes, and monitor program milestones.

Top Automations I Use To Run My 7-Figure Online Coaching Business: I’ve set up a handful of simple but powerful Airtable + Zapier automations that save hours each month and help me stay organized behind the scenes.

Video Hosting

Vimeo: Clean, ad-free video hosting that gives me more control than YouTube. I use it for client trainings, course modules, and anything I want to embed without distractions.
