    How developing a second offer added $89K for an Academic Coach in 6 months with 1:1 Business Coaching

    The Challenge

    Cathy had previously tried and hated managing multiple offers.

    Back in 2022, she ran a business model that overwhelmed her — multiple offers, multiple teams, multiple clients to manage. And she didn’t want a repeat of that. "I definitely had this fear of failure. Of putting an offer out there and that nobody would want it." She’d previously worked with me in a 2023 mastermind, that allowed her to restructure her business to where it worked. And so, she came back in 2025 for a more private coaching container.

    The Process

    We worked together in a 1:1 setting over a 6 month period.

    With 12 1:1 calls, feedback between calls through Basecamp, and full access to the templates, processes, and courses I use to run my own multi-seven-figure business. It’s incredible just how much we were able to cover during the six month period, but our process built Cathy’s second offer from the ground-up along with the program structure, pricing, ideal client, and messaging. All while helping her maintain launch momentum through a pilot phase and full launch. We also built out her entire funnel — sales page, webinar funnel, paid ads, email sequences — that she’s been able to replicate for future launches, long after we finished our work together.

    The Results

    Goal: $100k in one year. Actual results: $89k from the pilot and first launch in six months.

    Beyond the numbers though, Cathy has built a sustainable model (that has her taking two months off in 2026) that’ll have her soon working only a few hours per week, higher lifetime value with assets she won’t have to create from scratch, and long-term financial security with a real plan to pay herself more. “Not only did I have $89,000 (in revenue), but I also had the program built and launched. So I have all the assets like the sales page, application process, and emails done.” The revenue share model meant that Cathy was able to get access to my coaching while paying out only 10% of new revenue we built together.

    Your #1 responsibility as the CEO is to be able to properly diagnose which problem you need to prioritize RIGHT NOW, which problem is most beneficial to direct your resources to and put your energy on.     Revenue-share, intensive sessions, is this right for you?

    • Yes, if you prefer not to use the revenue share model, there’s an option to pay a flat fee of $25,000 for the 6-month commitment.

    • You’ll report revenue received each month, not sales. Meaning, cash collected, not future-projected payments to be collected (i.e. on a payment plan).

    • New revenue is any money your business (your LLC) receives during our coaching agreement that is generated, signed, or renewed while we’re actively working together. 

      Because our partnership supports the entire business, your leadership, decision-making, business model, messaging, capacity, pricing, and CEO execution, revenue share applies to all new revenue your business generates, across all offers and all revenue streams.

    • If you have multiple businesses, we’ll determine upfront which business(es) are included in our work. If you create or launch a new business entity during the coaching term, we’ll clarify together whether that business is included in revenue share.

    • Yes, there is a monthly revenue share cap of $15,000. Meaning, your business earned $150,000, cash-collected, in one month! Anything above that is not shared. IMAGINE?! That would be pretty freaking exciting.

    • Clients who I see get the best results with 1:1 advisory are making $125k in annual revenue (at minimum) - to $3M per year in annual revenue.

      If you are currently making less than $125k per year, but you’ve hit that or more in previous years (but something caused a dip), I see a lot of room for growth and results there as well.

      If you’ve never hit $125k in annual revenue, it would be best to start by listening to my podcast or even reaching out to jereshia@jereshiahawk.com so you can book an Intensive or in person VIP Day.

    • In full transparency, with a high client retention rate, spots don’t open up often but when they do, I notify the waitlist first.

      This is because I’m fully dedicated to providing each client with the personal attention and high-level support they need. So while you may need to wait a little longer, I promise the experience will be worth it.
